Deborah Joan Howard Obituary (Age 60) Passed peacefully on to her Heavenly Father on October 8, 2016. She was born November 13, 1955 to Thomas and Patricia Oakshott in Richland, WA. Debbie went to high school in Colville and college in Spokane at SFCC. She met the love of her life Jerrel and they had many good years together. She so loved her son Doug, granddaughter Riley and her step-children. Debbie loved life, the sounds and beauty the world provided and everybody who met her loved her back. She faced more hardship than most but she never complained, always finding the best in the moment. She had a frail body but a mighty spirit and she loved God with all her heart. She is survived by her husband Jerrel Howard; son Douglas Minzghor; granddaughter Riley Minzghor; step-children Joel (Nicole), Jamison and Joshua Howard and Javana (Jarod) Evans; step-grandchildren Justin, Alexandra, Jourdon, Jacob, Jessikka, Jona, Jace and Jakson; mother Patricia Oakshott; brother Scott (Lori) Oakshott; sister Tara Macintosh. She was preceded in death by her father Thomas Oakshott and a sister Natalie Oakshott. Funeral Service 11AM Thursday October 13, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Chapel at 2721 E. 63rd. Ave. with viewing 1 hour before. Graveside Service to follow at 2PM at the Pines Cemetery, 16th & Pines in the Spokane Valley.
