Debra Anne "Granny" Carrell Obituary (Age 58) Passed away Saturday September 3, 2016 at The Spokane Hospice House. Debra was born in Soap Lake, Wa on January 14, 1958. Debra was mostly raised with her two siblings by her single mother. Debra spent a good portion of her life caring for others, she was a CNA for many years when she lived in Chelan, WA. Debra?s biggest dream was to work with animals, she would groom them, collect them, and just loved them. Debra was loved by so many--she had a big heart and she would extend help to those in need even if it was beyond her means. Debra leaves behind her three children Elizabeth, Charley and Skye; seven grandchildren, eight step or adopted grandchildren and one great-grandson. Debra also leaves behind her baby brother Robert, as well as many nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her life partner Gary Cook, mother Elizabeth Casper and identical twin sister Dawn (Thompson) Perkins. Debra was a loving mother, daughter, aunt, wife, friend, sister and most of all she loved her animals. She will be missed by all
