Della May Canter Obituary (Age 87) She was born in Spokane to Joseph and Rena Kelley. Della is survived by daughters Cheryl A. Libby and Tina M. Tobler; sons Michael J. Stoker, Steven M. Stoker, Timothy L. Stoker and Melvin B. Canter; numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and one great-great-grandson Charlie. Visitation will be Wednesday and Thursday 10-5 at Heritage and Funeral Service 2:30PM Friday, April 28, 2017 at Heritage Funeral Chapel.
