Delmar Chancy "Terry" Harland Obituary Delmar Terry Harland passed away August 18, 2017 in Spokane, WA. He was born November 26, 1920 in Clarinda, IA. Terry was a World War II Veteran in the Army Air Corps and served as a Bombardier. He served Medical Lake on the City Council and as Mayor for 20 years. He also served on the committee to build the Waste-Energy Plant in Airway Heights and the committees to build the Waste Energy Plant and library in Medical Lake. Terry is survived by his wife, Frances; son, Keith; sister, Myrna Decker of Spokane and Bill Harland of Grover Beach, CA. He was preceded in death by his son, Gareth in 1993; and four of his siblings. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 1st at 2:15pm at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake.
