Donald "Dean" Davis Obituary (Age 67) Donald Dean Davis was born In Spokane June 26th, 1950 to Donald M. and Marjorie M. Davis. He attended Browne Elementary School, Glover Jr. High, and Shadle Park High School. When he was 17 he went into the Army and served two tours in Vietnam. He was given an honorable discharge and went to work for the Union Pacific Railroad. He retired from the railroad after 39 years. As an avid outdoorsman he was never happier than when he was tramping through the woods with his rifle and friends hunting, or out on the water fishing. Dean met the love of his life, Colleen in 1991 and they were married July 1st, 1995. He is preceded in death by his parents Don and Margie, grandparents George and Lucille Smith, and his older sister Patti Prufer. Dean is survived by his wife Colleen, son Jeremy Davis (Cassie), little brother Robert Davis (Jackie), little sister Susan Davey (Mike); stepsons Josh Wharton, Jesse Wharton, Matt Lawson and stepdaughter Emy McNosky (Nick); his uncle Wayne, numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and a multitude of dear friends. Dean loved well and was loved in return. We all miss you. 'Till we meet again. Dean's Memorial Service will be held July 29th, at 11:00a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 508 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA.
