Donna Jean (McMahon) Fremstad Obituary Age (87) Donna was born Donna Jean Brenden. She and her sister Virginia were adopted at a very young age by their caring parents, James and Margaret McMahon. Donna graduated in 1948 from West Valley High School March 26, 1949. She and John, her loving husband of 43 years married in Coeur d� Alene, ID. They had two sons, Monty J. and Terry K. She lived most of her life in Spokane. While raising her sons, she worked at a surgical glove company. At age 51 she retired and moved to Kingman, AZ with her husband John to enjoy their retirement. Donna belonged to an over sixties social group in Spokane. Due to her friendly and outgoing personality, she formed close friendships. As a result, she and others took many wonderful trips, one being Costa Rica. Donna delighted in being with friends and family. One of her passion was walking, which she did several times a day. She also prepared for and participated in at least 8 Bloomsday run events. She was a loving wife and mother. Donna was special to all who knew her and we are grateful for her presence in our lives. She was preceded in death by her husband John K. Fremstad, son Monty J. Fremstad and her sister Virginia Hanna. She is survived by her son Terry Fremstad, daughters-in-law Diana Fremstad and Kathy Fremstad, grandsons Ron Sukauskas and Kevin Fremstad, granddaughter Suzanne Sukauskas and great-granddaughters Hailey, Kendall and Ava.
