Doris L. Dexter Obituary Doris (Age 74) loving mother of five God fearing children, passed into a better place Friday, November 13, 2015. She was born October 12, 1941, in Truchos, New Mexico, a beautiful settlement in the mountains. Her family moved to Oakland, CA where she grew to be a special woman. She loved God and raised her family sharing her faith with them. She was of strong character and overcame many challenges, but kidney failure, plus a recent stroke, was too much for her. She left this earth knowing a better place was available. She is loved by 5 children, 13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. She will be missed. A Graveside Service will take place Friday, November 20 at 11:00 am at Riverside Memorial Park 508 N. Government Way with a Memorial Service celebrating her life following at noon at His Teaching Bible Fellowship Church, 502 N. Mullan Road, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
