Dorothy "June" Dieter Obituary June went to be with our lord on December 3, 2009. She was born to Chester Wagner and Bernice (Kilgore) Wagner on June 5, 1932 in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Dieter whom she married on May 11, 1948, her mother Berneice Foltz and father Chester Wagner.She is survived by her life partner of 38 years, Jerry Andrews of Spokane, children Dawn Felice, Mark (Jan) Dieter, Gail Felice, and step daughter Debby (Steve) Northrop all of Spokane, brother Jack (Dorothy) Wagner, sister Barbara (Paul) Jacobson, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews and her precious cat ?Bo?. June began her career in banking in a clerical position in the dealer center of Seattle First National Bank in the early ?60?s, and ended her career as a Branch Manager and AVP for Bank of America. She was affiliated with many banking related associations and served as President of the Credit Womens group of NACM. Upon retiring, she served as a volunteer secretary at the Ronald McDonald House for several years. June enjoyed reading, gardening, playing bridge and golf, but her greatest enjoyment came from making her home and yard beautiful for her family and friends to enjoy. At her request, there will not be a service or viewing. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to Hospice and the Staff at Sacred Heart Hospital in making her final days as comfortable as possible. Thanks to Donna for the beautiful music that helped her transition from this world to the next. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to Hospice of Spokane.
