Edna passed away on February 28, 2010 in Spokane. She was born in Spokane on October 19, 1912 to John and Evangeline Levi. Edna graduated from North Central High School in 1930 and married Frank Donald Hesselman. She and her husband owned Hesselman Oil for many years befor becoming heavily involved in their horse ranch. They even raced horses in the 1950's and 1960's. Edna loved animals, especially horses and cats. In 1966 Edna and Frank were divorced. She is survived by two granddaughters Kay Lynn Marble and Linda Ann Gonzales; great-grand children, Cory, Devin, and Aaron Marble, Lindsey and Adrianna Gonzales; and cousins, Isla Leigh and Norma Casey. Edna was preceded in death by her son Donald John Hesselman, grandson Roger Brent Hesselman, and her sister Penelope "Jane" Sexson. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Terrace at 3:30PM on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. In Lieu of flowers donations may be sent to SCRAPS, 2521 N.
