Eileen Frances Yakubek Obituary Eileen Frances Yakubek was born November 27, 1942. She passed on into eternity on November 15, 2017. Eileen is survived by her husband, Frank Yakubek; daughter, Brenda Fields and her husband, Scott Fields; son, Rick Ogle; daughter, Dona Rea; step-children, Michael, Jesse and Zona Yakubek; grandchildren, Vanessa, Melissa and Amanda Rea, Nicole and John Horkey and Mikaila Ogle; great-grandchildren, Easton and Sklyar Horkey; brother, Robert Clark; sister, Evelyn Meeks. Eileen will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Viewing will be held November 20th at Heritage Funeral Home from 8-11am.
