Elizabeth A. Jacobs Obituary (Age 75) Elizabeth "Libby" was born in Jasper, AL to William and Jewel Chamness. She passed away on June 2, 2015 in Spokane. When she was eight years old, they moved to Stockton, CA and in 1951 they settled in Spokane. She graduated from West Valley High School in 1958. On June 24, 1968 Elizabeth married Verne Jacobs and raised two children, Toni and William. Verne has two children Kelly and Vernon from a previous marriage. Elizabeth had many hobbies and enjoyed crocheting and painting most of all. Elizabeth believed in the Lord and enjoyed discussing the scriptures with her friend Shirley. She also really enjoyed spending time with her family. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Verne at the home, her daughter Toni and her husband VaNance and their three children Dakota, Noelle and Maya, her son William and his wife Emily as well as many friends. A private family Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
