Elizabeth "Betty" Harris Obituary (Age 61) On Sunday, December 12, 2010 Elizabeth ?Betty? Harris went to be with the Lord. She was born October 8, 1949 in Spokane. Betty brought joy to everyone she met as we were able to see the world through her eyes. Betty taught us to stop and enjoy the simple things in life. Her laughter was contagious; one could not help but to laugh with her. Betty is survived by her sisters Ester Zielke of Edmonton, AB and Helen Matthies of Rosalia, WA, and Ruth Flatt of Spokane, as well as a brother in Spokane. She is preceded in death by her mother Minnie and father Howard Harris of Spokane, sister Mary Harris of ND and brother Jacob of Kittitas, WA. Betty always held a very special place for her niece Marie Lau of Rosalia who was instrumental in Betty?s care. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Gifted Grannies of Rosalia. Viewing will be Saturday, December 18 from noon to 5:00 PM with a Funeral Service on Monday, December 20 at 11:00 AM at Heritage Chapel.
