Elmer C. Smoak Obituary (Age 90) Elmer was born October 10, 1922 and passed away December 8, 2012. He was a World War II Navy Veteran. Elmer retired from Northern Pacific/Burlington Northern Railroad as a Roundhouse Foreman. After retirement he became "Santa Elmer" for 20 years at River Park Square. This year, Elmer will be spending Christmas in heaven with all of those who have gone before him. He is leaving behind his wife Barbara (Bobbi), 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters and their spouses, 1 great-granddaughter and 1 great-grandson. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
