Erma Bernice Kembel Obituary
(Age 89) Passed away May 8, 2015. She was born August 2, 1925 in Lacrosse, WA to Thomas and Regina (Kjosnes) Kyllo where she grew up. She graduated from Lacrosse High School and Kinman Business University. She married Howard Kembel in 1957 in Spokane. She was employed at Kinman Business University for 26 years and finished her career as the Executive Assistant to the Director of the Spokane Public Library. Her hobbies included needlepoint, sewing and she loved spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by her husband; sisters: Sylvia Kyllo, Prudence Aune and Ruth Kembel; and brother Tom Kyllo. Erma is survived by her daughter Regina Kembel Thomas and son-in-law Jeff; granddaughter Chessey Thomas; niece and god-daughter Karlene Perry and nephew Randy Kembel all of Spokane. Funeral Service 11AM Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Heritage Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
