Eugene T. Rowland Obituary (Age 72) Eugene was born January 28, 1938 in Girardville, PA to Michael and Rita Rowland. He passed away September 25, 2010 in Spokane where he has resided for 45 years. In 1978 Gene retired from the Air Force after 22 years of service, after that he went to work at the Post Office where he retired as manager of safety and health. In his spare time Gene loved to travel and play golf, he was also a member of St. Charles Parrish. Gene is survived by his wife Pat, sister Marie (Jim) of Bentonville, AK, step-son Rusty Kuester (Susanne) of Omaha, NE, and sister-in-law Veronica Dayhuff, of Omaha, NE, along with four grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM, Friday, October 1, 2010 at Heritage Chapel. In lieu of flowers please make donations to your favorite charity.
