Floyd R. Gilliam Obituary Floyd was born in Potlatch, ID to Alfred and Mayme Gilliam. He joined the US Army and served his country in WWII in Japan. He was a master finish carpenter, a job he loved all his life. He enjoyed gathering with friends to sing and play the guitar for many years. Floyd is survived by Joyce, his loving wife of 50 years; children Marlene and Michael Robinson, Paul and Victoria Johnson, Cheryl and Rob Swedo, Brenda and Mick Lauritzen, and Diane Carr; 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. A daughter, Linda Donoho, preceded him in death. Floyd will be greatly missed by all who loved him. His beautiful singing voice is now being enjoyed by the angels.
