Frances A. "Fran" Waddell Obituary (Age 84) Widow of Donald L. Waddell, passed away February 10, 2018 in Spokane. She was born July 31, 1933 in Walla Walla, WA to James O. and Anna I. (Keeling) Gallaher. Fran is survived by her son Gerald L. (Sally) Hetland; 3 granddaughters Erica (Kris) DeMers, Elizabeth (Jon) Davis and Terra Hetland with a great-grandson Walker Emory; brother Lonnie D. Gallaher; 5 step-children Jeanie (Joseph) Hensley, Susan Ayres, David Waddell, Donald Waddell and Sherri (Steven) Levitt; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a brother and a step-daughter. Graveside Service 2pm Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley Avenue.
