Francis Ann Cook Obituary (Age 56) Francis passed away in Spokane, WA on July 5, 2011. She was born to William and Frances Cook on November 13, 1954 in Pasco, WA. Francis was a graduate of River View High School in Finley, WA and received an Associates Degree from Seattle Community College. Since 1994 Francis worked as an agent for New York Life, receiving recognition for many achievements, and assisted several organizations by serving on their board of directors. She is survived by her beloved pets Eva Mae, Annie and Seline; family members Connie Vandergriff, Bill Cook (Lori), Maurine Stultz (Fred), Larry Cook (Diane), Linda Davis, Jim Cook, Ray Darby, numerous nieces and nephews, and valued friends. Francis was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Marion Cook; father, William Claude Cook; and sister Jean Cook. A celebration of Francis' life will be held at Liberty Lake Estates, E 22845 Clearwater Lane (club house) in Liberty Lake on Saturday, July 23rd, 2011 at 11 a.m.
