Galen Stephen Carroll Obituary (Age 16) It is with immense sadness that the family of Galen Stephen Carroll of Spokane, WA announce his passing on June 27, 2017. Galen was 16 years old and a student at Lewis and Clark High School. He loved science, computer programming, many outdoor activities, and his friends and family. Galen will forever be remembered by his parents, Tait and Lisa; his sister, Evelyn; his two sets of grandparents, Robert and Karen Carroll, and Richard and Donna Rawson; and numerous family and friends. A celebration of Galens life will be held on Saturday, July 8 at 8:30 pm at Cannon Hill Park in Spokane.
