Gerald Aaron Bowers Obituary (Age 71) Gerald Aaron Bowers, born October 17, 1940, died September 15, 2012 in Spokane, WA. He attended University of Idaho and Garrett Theological Seminary. He served several congregations in Washington before retiring to care for aging relatives and young grandchildren. In 2003, he met and married Leonna, the love of his life. He is survived by his wife, Leonna Bowers; son, Jason Bowers; daughters, Carrie Holliday and Jessica Bowers; granddaughters, Chelcie Briscoe, Sydney Holliday and Haili Bowers; grandson, Joshua Bowers; cousins, John Bowers and Betty Bowers. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Bowers; mother, Blanche Bowers; aunt, Bernice Brown; and granddaughter, Casey Drew Holliday. A private celebration of his life has been held.
