Gilbert J. Farley Obituary Gilbert J. Farley was born February 12, 1948 in Spokane to Gilbert H. and Irma Kruger Farley. He graduated from North Central High School. He served a tour of duty in Viet Nam and was honorably discharged with a medal of commendation. Although his physical condition progressively limited his activities, Gil continued to be deeply interested in the world around him. He met each day with hope and courage.
