Gloria May Prewitt Obituary (Age 84) Gloria passed away peacefully on March 10, 2015 at the Hospice of Spokane Hospice House North. She was born December 20, 1930 in Spokane to Calvin and Ethel Bentley. Gloria graduated from Rogers High School in 1948. In 1949 she married Ernie Long and had two boys, Terry Dale and Steven "Kim". Shortly after they were married Ernie passed away. Gloria married Ronald Prewitt in 1958 and had two more children, Scott and Barbara. Gloria was a lifelong member of Hillyard Christian Church, Westgate Christian Church. She was also a lifelong member of Order of Eastern Star. Gloria was preceded in death by her son Scott. She is survived by her husband; three children; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A Memorial will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 10:00AM. Memorial contributions may be made in Gloria's name to the Hospice of Spokane, P.O. Box 2215, Spokane, WA 99210. Following the Memorial Service there will be a luncheon held at Westgate Christian Church, 7111 N. Nine Mile Rd, Spokane, WA 99208.
