Grace (DeCamp) Chance Obituary Grace was born in Nespelem, WA, February 27, 1926, passed away June 18, 2011. She moved to Spokane in 1943 where she worked at Fairchild Air Force Base and was proudly employed by Carnation Dairies for over 40 years. She is preceded in death by Roger Chance, her husband of 45 years and her sisters Rachel Martin and Barbara McClure. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Cynthia and Fred Betts, her grandchildren Frank Betts (Connie), Susan Thompson (Brian) and Richard Betts, and her brother Earl DeCamp. Grace has four great-grandchildren. Grace possessed an indomitable spirit, eternal grace and unfathomable courage. She will be profoundly missed. A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 2, 2011, at 11:00am at Spokane Memorial Gardens; gathering to follow. Donations may be made in Grace's name to Spokane Hospice, Friends of Manito or the Corbin Senior Center.
