Greta Ann Sorrells Obituary (Age70) Greta was born to Ralph and Barbara Guy on June 29, 1947 in Columbus, KS. She passed away at her home in Medical Lake, WA on December 26, 2017. Greta was married to her husband and best friend, Harley Sorrells for nearly 53 years. She cherished time with her family and especially loved her time with them on holidays and special occasions. We were blessed to have her with us for one last family gathering on her favorite day, Christmas. Greta made everyone feel truly loved and the love she shared with her daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was well known. Greta was a vibrant and glamorous woman and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. One of her passions was a love for Elvis Presley and her favorite song was Blue Christmas. Greta was preceded in death by her father, son, and grandparents. She is survived by her husband, Harley Sorrells; mother, Barbara Guy; daughter, Suzie (Sean) Hiatt; granddaughters, Makeala (Blake) Willis, Carley Burns, Ashley (Justin) Simonson; grandson, Brice Burns; great-grandchildren, Aubree and Brennan Willis, Kyann and Millie Simonson; sisters, Debra Cantrell, Mona Guy; brother, Ted (Barb) Guy; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00pm at Heritage Funeral Home, 508 N. Government Way, Spokane, WA. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery.
