Harold K. Olson Obituary (Age 94) Harold passed away on August 10, 2010. He was born on February 11, 1916 in Avon, ID to Melvin and Ida Olson. He attended school in Deary, ID and Moscow, ID, where he graduated in 1935. In 1943 Harold joined the Army Air Corp. where served for three years. After serving, he worked for the railroad, which he retired from and also owned Olson's TV and repair for 35 years. Harold was a member of the Sons of Norway, the Spokane Square Dance Center, and the Great Northern Railroad Old Times Club. He is survived by his wife Georgia Olson, Carol and Mike Schmedding as well as numerous extended family members. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 11:00AM at Heritage Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Spokane or the Spokane Food Bank.
