Harry Lloyd "Hot Rod" Lorentz Obituary (Age 85) Harry passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on February 28, 2015 in Spokane Valley, WA. He was born on August 7, 1929 in Albion Township, MN to Gilbert and Barbara Lorentz. Harry was a member of Advent Lutheran Church and served in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife of nearly 62 years, Eloise Lorentz; brother Ellsworth Lorentz; children Tim (Kathy) Lorentz, Joel (Lori) Lorentz, Steve (Kim) Lorentz and Karen (Roger) Duval; 18 grandchildren and 56 foster children. Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 10am ? 5 pm and on Friday, March 6, 2015 from 9 am ? 12 pm at Heritage Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 2 pm at Advent Lutheran Church, 13009 E Broadway Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216. Memorial contributions may be made to Camp Lutherhaven and Lutheran Community Services.
