Helen Elizabeth Seeman Obituary Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, was born April 7, l9l7 in Tensed, Idaho and exited (her phrase) on May 12, 2009 in Spokane, WA. Helen and her husband Ken Seeman moved to their farm in l953 on Glenrose Prairie with their children, Gerald, Marv, Ken Jr. and Vicki. They were very involved with and provided a loving home for many foster children. Helen was active in the Glenrose Women's Club, Glenrose Goons, Moran Prairie Grange, Peppy Paper Packers at Lincoln Heights Congregational Church and a ladies monthly pinochle party. She is remembered fondly by all those who knew her. Helen was active at Lincoln Heights Congregational Church throughout many years, returning to her Catholic faith at St. Peter's Catholic Church later in her life. Helen was preceded in death by husband Ken Seeman of 44 years and sons Ken Seeman Jr. and Gerald Carver, her parents William James Aloysius Hendrickx and Mabel Elizabeth (Peterson) Hendrickx and eleven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Marv (Joanne) Carver of Newman Lake, WA., daughter, Vicki (Tom) Brown of Spokane, WA; grandchildren Chris Carver, Cindy Carver Carlson, Cathy Jonas, Charlotte Allison, Connie Beaumont and Holly Jade Carver of Duluth, MN; Mike (Michelle) Carver of Spokane, WA, Scott (Tamryn) Carver of Liberty Lake, WA., Tonja Brown of San Jose, CA.; 13 great-grand-children; one great-great-grandchild; sister Elizabeth Taylor (Hendrickx) of Shoreline, WA., and foster children: Matthew and Mitchell Bracking of Port Orchard, WA., Hazel Bracking of Queen Creek, AZ., Judie Lambert (Harvey) of Spokane, WA., Bonnie Austin (Harvey) of Jackson MI and Merry Jo Martin of Pendleton, OR; numerous nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held. A reception lunch for friends and family will be held at Southside Senior Activity Center, 3151 E. 27th Ave. at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 2009. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Helen's name to Anna Ogden Hall or the charity of your choice.
