Helen Lucille (Bowman) Riggs Obituary She was born on June 20, 1925 and died on February 4, 2010. She was preceded in death by nine siblings and is survived by her husband, three children, five grandchildren, seven great grandkids, two nieces and one nephew. If anybody was ever missed ? she is going to be. No services and she was laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery on February 5, 2010. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Spokane.
