Howard Samuel Boyer Obituary (Age 93) Howard was born on November 10, 1922 in Winchester, ID to Wilma Orvis and Martin (Dick) Boyer. He entered into rest on February 25, 2016. Howard was preceded in death by his parents Wilma and Dick, his brother Les Boyer and his grandson Dennis Purcell. Howard loved his family and lived life to the fullest. He inspired those around him to cherish family and the time they have on this Earth. He was a WWII Veteran serving in the South Pacific and worked for both the Northern Pacific and Burlington Northern railroads. Howard built a home with his wife, owned and flew 2 planes and rode motorcycles. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling south to Yuma or Mexico in his RV for the winter. Howard is survived by his wife of 73 years, Lucille Boyer, 4 children: Gail Purcell, Kathleen (Kathy) Miller, Patricia (Trish) Wagner and Larry Boyer, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
