Ida H. Clark Obituary Ida Clark passed away November 29, 2011. She was born August 19, 1919, the daughter of Clarence and Myrtle Hayes, in Waterville, Washington. In her early years the family moved to Twisp where she graduated from High School. She married Lloyd H. Clark and they moved to Spokane where they raised their family in the 1940?s and 50?s. Lloyd preceded her in death in 1992. Also preceding her in death were sisters Edna, and Audrey, and brothers Jack, Merle, and Boyd. Ida was a secretary, bookkeeper and office manager for Western Builders from the late 50?s until her retirement in 1984. She was a 59 year member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Ida was an avid reader of history, politics, and Native American cultures. She enjoyed classical music and popular music of the 30?s through the 60?s. In later years she enjoyed travelling throughout the Northwest with her friends. Ida is survived by sons Raleigh, (wife Esther), and Dan (wife Lita); grandsons Joseph Clark and Henry Clark (wife Lei); granddaughters Nancy Brown (husband Jim) and Kristie Clark; and great-granddaughters Madeline Brown and Jacqueline Brown. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2011, at 1:00 pm at Fairmount Memorial Park. A memorial service will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church on Monday, December 5, 2011, at 3:00 pm.
