August 25, 1924 - January 29, 2009

Jacqueline Patricia (Huston, Schultz) Kreyssler Obituary Jacqueline Patricia Kreyssler passed ever so peacefully from this world, to that of her Savior's, on January 29, 2009. Among those welcoming her home, include her parents, Norbert W. and Merna Kenworthy Schultz, her husband of thirty-five years, Lawrence W. Kreyssler in 2004 and her first-born daughter, Patricia Marie Wyatt in 2001. Jacquie, with her loving, surviving sister, June E. Syverson (John), was raised in Spokane. She graduated from West Valley High School before moving to New York City, where she pursued a modeling career with The Barbizon Modeling School. From there, Jacquie came home to Spokane and worked for the Crescent Department store in the advertising department and later for KXLY Radio Station. It was there that she met R. Glenn Huston and they married in May 1947, producing a family that included their five children; Patricia Marie Wyatt, Deceased, Cathleen J. Austin (Robert) Newman Lake, WA, Michael K. Huston (Karen) Columbia Falls, MT, Shawn S. Albright (Don) Clayton, WA and K. Timothy Huston (Cathy) Kirkland, WA. Also surviving, are her two step-children; Kathy Jo Buchanan (Skip) Spokane Valley, WA and Larry A. Kreyssler (Joan) Spokane Valley, WA. Jacquie also leaves behind 17 beloved grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, dear nieces, nephews and their families. Jacquie and Larry Kreyssler married in June 1969; they enjoyed their animals, gardening, camping, fishing and becoming grandparents. They especially shared a love and faith in The Lord, and together, their stunning voices in song filled our hearts to hear them herald the spirit from the church choir. Jacquie was a true yet humble artisan, whose legacy is discernible by her gift of talents, left to the generations that follow her. In lieu of flowers, and in honor of our mother, please consider gifts in her name to the Food Bank or Animal Shelter of your choice. Pastor Ray Ruef will officiate our celebration and remembrance of Jacquie's life at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 8, 2009, at Heritage Funeral Home.
