James B. "Jimbo" Lanet Obituary James B. ?Jimbo? Lanet, age 57, passed away in Spokane, WA on March 9, 2012. He was born in Sacramento, CA on January 5, 1955 to Ronald E. and Mary A. Lanet. Jim grew up in the bay area and was a resident of Spokane for over 15 years. He loved his motorcycles, playing guitar and harp, and singing. Jim worked in the construction industry and was a real estate property manager. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Jeff Lanet. Jim is survived by his mother, significant other Marcia Coleman, children Julie Lanet, Jimmy Lanet, and Joey Lanet, step-children Jeanette Lanet and Jesse Lanet, brother Greg Lanet, sisters Mary Beth Dahlin and Susan Goldfein, five grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Jim was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at Sunset Chapel, 5200 W Wellesley on March 17, 2012 at 12 pm with a graveside inurnment to follow at Fairmount Memorial Park.
