James F. Thompson Obituary (Age 74) Jim ?The Sex Symbol? Thompson was born November 22, 1938 in Kahlotis, WA to Joseph and Myrtle Thompson. He passed away October 9, 2013 in Spokane where he had resided for many years. He graduated high school and furthered his education at Yakima College where he met his wife of 32 years Susan Multz. After her passing he met Edith Bradley and spent the last 20 years with her until her passing this year. Jim is survived by his 3 children Anna (Earl), Joe (Patty) and Jim (Christie), 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, brother Joe, sister Maryann and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
