James L. Mize Obituary (Age 79) Left this world to the open arms of his Heavenly Father on June 22, 2013. He was born in Potlatch, ID on May 7, 1934 to Lester and Marie Mize and raised in Colbert with his older brother Jean and his sister Jane. He married Dorothy Dicken and they recently celebrated 60 years. He did construction work, welding, worked for Western Fruit. He retired with 15 years for Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad. He greatly enjoyed his family, friends and church. ?He never met a stranger.? He is survived by Dorothy his wife; his sister Jane (Lloyd) Blackwell; his sons Doug of Post Falls, ID, George (Susan) of Redding, CA, and Richard (Ruth) of Spokane Valley, WA and his daughters Tammy (Mark) Rovik of Cd?A, ID, Teresa (Paul) Anderson of Spirit Lake, ID, Sarah (David) Brinson of Spokane, WA and Peg (Jeff) Moore of Corpus Christi, TX; also 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. He will be missed by all. A graveside service will be held at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W Wellesley at 9:00 AM on Thursday, June 27th.
