Jay F. Hoffman Obituary (Age 65) Jay passed away on July 7, 2014 in Spokane, WA. He was born on March 22, 1949 in Spokane to Frank and June Hoffman. Jay left high school early to begin his career as a truck driver. From that point on he dedicated his life to the trucking industry. He had also spent a brief period in the U.S. Naval Reserves. Jay had many hobbies such as fishing, golfing and he especially enjoyed working on his trucks. Jay was preceded in death by his father Frank and his brother B.R. He leaves behind his loving wife Debbie Hoffman, his children Rachel McDonald of Spokane, Denver McDonald of Spokane, and Samantha Hoffman of Wasilla, AK, his mother June Clark as well as eight grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at the Fairmount Memorial Park Sunset Chapel, 5200 W. Wellesley on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 1:30PM.
