Jerome S. "Jerry" Donen Obituary (Age 76) Passed away in Spokane on March 22, 2012 after a strong fight with Kidney Cancer. Jerry was in the loving presence of his wife Joan his adopted family Johneil, Rosie, and Paul Espora and his longtime family friends Yvonne and Peggy Chatburn when he passed away in his sleep. Jerry lived his life to the fullest traveling and sailing around the world touching the lives of many friends and family through his adventures. Jerry is survived by his wife Joan of 55 years, son Steven Donen of Minneapolis, MN, daughter Gail Kulp of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, granddaughters Adrienne Donen of Edina, MN, and Heather Donen of Rochester MN, brother Allan Donen of Sun City, CA and many nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be held at Heritage Funeral Home at 12:30PM Sunday, March 25th with burial to follow at Mt. Nebo cemetery, followed by a reception at the Donen home at Newman Lake, WA. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Temple Beth Shalom.
