Joan Marie Gintz Obituary Joan Marie Gintz , 82, was born in Spokane Washington, May 13th, 1936 and went to be with the Lord on November 23rd, 2018. She married William H. Gintz on March , 29th, 1957 in Spokane where they enjoyed a wonderful marriage of 52 years. Joan was a devoted wife and mother who dedicated her life to caring for her husband and children. In high school she enjoyed academics, music and cheerleading. As a mother she adored her 6 children, 21 grandchildren , and 22 great grand children and knew each of their birthdays by heart. Joan will be remembered for her loving spirit and for her interest and care for people; she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Joan is preceded in death by her husband, Bill. She is survived by her children Gary and Brew Gintz, Dick and Karen Gintz, Rick and Leslie Gintz, Skip and Janell Chilberg, Doug and Candy Gintz and Kevin and Kristy Gintz.
