Joseph Allen Thomas Obituary Joseph Allen Thomas,(Age 69) was born on March 19, 1943 in Chewelah, WA and died on May 15, 2012 at his home in Springdale, WA. He is survived by his brothers Lee and Frank Thomas; sisters Connie Bussard and Virginia Bleakley; and children Riley Thomas, Becky (Ella) Thomas, and Kristi Durgeloh and six grandchildren. Joe served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a past president of the Independent Order of Foresters and a past officer of the Springdale Grange. Joe enjoyed being involved in his families? lives. He enjoyed outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and camping. Joe was very involved in church. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be missed lots. Services to be held Monday, May 28th at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chewelah, WA. at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.
