Joseph John Stratte, III Obituary Joseph was born on January 30, 1940 and passed away July 19, 2011 at his home in Spokane, WA. He served in the USAF 1959-1967 as radar technician. Worked 25 years for USWest (Qwest) and was active with Telephone Pioneers after retiring in 1993. Was an avid Ham Radio enthusiast and enjoyed working on Classic Chevy Trucks. He is survived by his faithful wife of 51 years, Flo Stratte. Their three children, Margaret Evans, Terrie Drahman, and Joe Stratte IV, as well as 10 grandchildren, remain behind to cherish his memory. A rosary will be held on Friday July 22nd at 7:30pm Heritage Funeral Home with a Graveside Service to be held Saturday July 23rd at 9:30am at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
