Josephine L. Osburn Obituary (Age 94) Passed away in Spokane, WA on January 26, 2013. She was born in Du Bois, NE on July 30, 1918. She was a resident of Spokane since 1939. Her husband of 40 years, Eddie, preceded her in death in 1976. Jo is survived by her son Tom (Patty) Osburn of Spokane, three grandchildren, Rich (Susan) Osburn of North Bend, WA, Kelly (Jose) Castanon of San Jose, CA, and Jim (Katie) Osburn of Dublin, CA, and six great-grandchildren.
