Judy Obituary Spokane - On August 27, 2022, Judith Mary Hetland, age 83 of Spokane, WA passed away quietly, surrounded by her be�loved family. Judy was born May 18, 1939 at Charter Oak, WA. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, John Alan Hetland; son Terry Holmgren of Spokane, WA; daughter Karyn Wilson of Versailles, IN; daughter Kami Hoekema of Spokane, WA; step�son Gerald Hetland of Spokane, WA; stepson Marc Meadows of Kirkland, WA; stepson David Hetland of Bothell, WA; step�daughter Stena Kennedy of Puy�allup, WA; stepdaughter Lisa Van Hagen of Tacoma, WA; 25 grand�children; and 19 great-grandchildren. Judy was a founding member of Mt. Spokane Embroidery Guild and also a member of Spokane Falls Needlework Guild, American Needlework Guild, Northwest Sampler Guild, Rose City Stitchers, and Nimble Fingers Thimble Club. She held many offices for these groups and was always there to help others. Judy was a member of Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church for many years, where she volunteered in the nursery and as wedding co�ordinator.
