Judith Lee Chambers Obituary (Age 71) Passed away January 21, 2012. Visitation will be Wednesday 8-5PM and Funeral Service will be held at Heritage Chapel on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 1PM with Pastor Rich Viel officiating. Judy was born August 21, 1940 in Ponca City, OK to LeRoy and June Pulliam, nee Hicks. In 1959 she graduated from Ponca City Senior High School. On August 30, 1958 she married Bobby Chambers in the Community Christian Church, The Reverend Chyde Ghazner officiated the ceremony. The couple lived in Ponca City for an additional 8 months after their wedding. Bobby joined the Air Force and they moved to Spokane and have lived here for 46 years. She enjoyed bowling and was a Director of the Spokane Women's Bowling Association for 13 years. She also enjoyed bingo. She loved animals especially cats. Survivors include her husband Bobby Chambers of Spokane and son James Chambers and wife Kaori Fujita of Seattle; 2 sisters, Pat Gregory and Billie DeBoard of Blackwell, OK; 3 grandsons, Kai, Zacharyah and Noah also of Seattle; scores of nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death is one son Kenneth Wayne Chambers, mother Loretta June Hicks, father LeRoy Harrison Pulliam, sister Ginger Larimer, stepmother Gail Pulliam and paternal and maternal grandparents. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name to the Spokane Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
