Jules P. Pieroni

Jules P. Pieroni Obituary (Age 78) Passed away October 3, 2009 with his wife and children by his side. He was born August 9, 1931 in Spokane and attended Sacred Heart School and Gonzaga Prep. He served in the US Army 1953-55 during the Korean War. He married the love of his life Loralee Wolfe at St. Augustine Catholic Church October 25, 1953. Jules worked for Standard Insurance Company for 50 years. His hobbies were gardening, athletics and cooking. He was the Past President of the Spokane Life Underwriters and Washington State Life Underwriters, Pony League Baseball Coach and for 15 years League President. Jules was loved by all, especially his family and will be deeply missed. Jules is survived by his wife of 56 years Loralee; children Peggy (Norm) Wilford, Rick (Chris) Pieroni, Greg Pieroni, and Lisa (Dave) Morrison; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents Julius and Ada Pieroni, two brothers and two sisters. The family would like to thank the staff of North Central Care Center for their care and compassion. Visitation will be 12-5PM Tuesday, 8-5PM Wednesday at Heritage and a Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00AM Thursday October 8, 2009 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 3520 E. 18th Ave. with graveside services to follow at 12:30PM at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
