Kathleen M. Mularski Obituary (Age 64) Passed away in Otis Orchards, WA on December 4, 2012. She was born in Wenatchee, WA April 11, 1948 to L. William and Marie Barnes. Kathleen grew up in Orville, WA and graduated from Rogers High School. She went on to graduate from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor's degree and would later return to earn her master's degree. On January 15, 1975, she would marry Anton Mularski in Otis Orchards. Kathleen loved to play leisurely on the water, ride horses fearlessly, and was a sewing and crafting queen. Her career with the Washington State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation would see her win many, many awards including a cash prize of $10,000 for designing a key system. She is survived by her husband of 37 years; Anton Mularski, daughters; Nicole (aka Doobie) Silva and Jessica (Jason) Prins, son; Joshua Mularski, grandchildren; Jaren, Bryden, and Tenley Prins, brother; Lance (Julie) Barnes, and sister; Pat Key. Preceding Kathleen in death were her parents and brother-in-law, Dennis Key. A funeral service will be held at Heritage Funeral Home on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 1 pm with a time of visitation being held prior from 12 pm to 1 pm.
