Kaye H. Strasburg Obituary (Age 72) On Monday, November 5, 2012 Kaye H. Strasburg went to be with her Heavenly Father. She passed away at her home in Spokane, WA. She was born February 6, 1940 to Eugene and Louise Gifford. Kaye graduated from John R. Rogers in 1958 then attended Multnomah Bible College and Kinman Business College. Kaye married her husband Robert in 1962 and they just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 30, 2012. She worked for many years as a medical bookkeeper at Radiology Associates and then for a private practice. She was a loving, compassionate wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. She was an active member in her church and loved singing in the choir. She also enjoyed collecting hummingbirds, painting ceramics, bowling, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Carolyn French and survived by husband Bob, sister Joan (Jim) Warnick of California, daughters Udawna Strasburg, DeAnna (Philip) Kole, and Kelley Stickelmeyer all from Spokane, grandchildren Kyle, Marisa, Christopher and Paige and numerous nephews and nieces. The family would like to thank Providence VNA for their care of Kaye through this time. Each one of you were very dear to her heart. Viewing will be held on Monday 11/12/12 at Heritage Funeral Home 508 N. Government Way from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday 11/13/12 at Fellowship Church of God, 2102 E. Everett at 1 p.m. with Graveside Service and Celebration of Life to follow.
