Kelly Dawn Locher Obituary (Age 36) Kelly passed away on February 19, 2016 in Spokane, WA. She was born on May 27, 1979 in Spokane, WA to Walter R. and Margie M. Locher. She is survived by her son Anthony Locher of Spokane; parents Wally and Margie Locher of Spokane; sister Jennifer Kuch of Ritzville and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be at 1 pm on Friday, March 18, 2016 at Heritage Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lupus Foundation.
