Lee N McNatt, USMC Obituary Lee, a Purple Heart Vietnam Veteran went to be with our Lord on November 18, at the age of 69. He was born May 7, 1946 in Seattle to Leon and Thelma. He came home from Vietnam after being wounded and became a LPN, working at Eastern State Hospital where he finished his career in the CSS department. He is survived by his loving wife, Louise McNatt, daughters Tammy (Doug) Koschney, and Lisa Guthrie. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Richelle, Jordan, Nick, Bryce, Erin and Kelce, great-grandchildren; Payson and Kyra and countless other family members and friends.
