Leila Marion Bieber Obituary (Age 96) Leila M. Bieber of Spokane, loving wife to George, passed away Sunday morning January 6, 2013 at the Avalon Care Center at Northpointe. She was 96 years old. Leila was a lifelong resident of Spokane, where she graduated from North Central High School in 1934. Leila worked at the Galena Base, retiring from Fairchild Air Force Base in June 1973. She then worked for Century 21 Real Estate. Leila is survived by her husband, George N. Bieber, stepsons Keith Bieber and Kent Bieber (Diane), all of Spokane. Leila was blessed with many grandchildren as well as both great and great-great grandchildren. There will not be a memorial service per Leila's request. No flowers please. The Family suggests memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice.
