Leo Roger Watson Obituary Passed away April 1, 2009, at the age of 91. He was born in Spokane, Wa. in 1918, where he lived until moving to Kennewick in 2004. He grew up around the lumber camps north of Spokane during the Depression. The lumber industry was his main occupation throughout his working life. He served our country in active combat during WWII driving a half track in an armored artillery division. After returning from war, he met and married Mildred Enget in 1946, who predeceased him in 2004. Dad loved fishing, boats, flying, general tinkering and Mildred. He was a gentle man, full of integrity with a twinkle in his eye. He is loved and remembered by son Keith Watson of Kennewick, WA; daughter Theresa Christopher of Port Angeles, WA; niece Melva Kukuk of LaConner, WA; six grand children and two great grand children. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 4, 2009, at Sunset Chapel, Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley, Spokane.
