Leon E. Patrick Obituary (Age 89) Passed away August 16, 2016. He was born October 15, 1926 in Reeds Spring, MO to Frank and Ethel (Ryken) Patrick. He served in the Army as an ambulance driver in Japan during WWII until 1945. He married Betty D. Scott November 2, 1946. Leon is survived by his brother Louie; five children, Gene Todd, Barbara Defrehn, Leon Sr., Henry F. and William J.; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. He enjoyed playing the harmonica, going to church and spending time with the family.
